Our variety of backdrop walls are hand-made out of the highest quality, grade-A plywood for outstanding sturdiness. Coming with a professional, always hidden, weighted system in the back for the utmost safety.
Our collections are designed to combine ideal pieces with a set budget in mind, so there’s less guessing all around. Choose the one that works best for you and know that add-ons can be applied to any collection for an additional cost.
The Meraki Experience Collection is always available if the others don’t accommodate your ideal pieces. We’ll work together to build out your own backdrop from scratch like we’ve always offered.

Platinum Collection

The Platinum Collection is designed for clients who are looking for a full service, personalized design experience, with a large scale backdrop to wow their guests.
Every last detail will still have a custom, united, cohesive feel across each piece.
We can guarantee that every last detail will be completely unique and one of a kind. The client will simply show up to their event with their beautiful backdrop in place, and can enjoy the rest!

Our balloon garlands are the highest of quality, double stuffed balloons for extra sturdiness and more vibrant colors.
Our large garlands are typically 150 pieces and come in a variety of sizes for fun dimension across colors.

Make a statement with two or more of our backdrop walls! Not only will they be gorgeous to look at, they make the perfect photo-op space for guests at any event.
We’ll paint them the color(s) of your choice to unite your theme and compliment your balloon garland.
Because our walls are made out of a grade A plywood, we encourage your backdrop area to be indoors so that weather will not effect the wall(s) or balloons.

Vinyl is a flush, sticker-like material that comes in a variety of colors. It can be laser cut in the font of your choice for lettering. It’s a super cost effective way to personalize your backdrop wall for the theme of your event.
Acrylic is more of a 3D look to lettering. Typically 1/8” thick and coming in a wide variety of colors and finishes, we’ll laser cut lettering in the font of your choice to take your backdrop personalization to the next level.
You’ll have the choice to either pair vinyl and acrylic lettering or choose one of the two.

We will add any amount of embellishments to your backdrop to give it an extra pop!
Our Platinum clients often like to add florals, pompous grasses, clear balloons, foil balloons, greenery garlands and more - all intertwining the balloons for their backdrop.

Our pedestal rentals come in a range of heights and colors - typically 23”, 25” and 27” in height.
They’re great accent pieces and can hold bouquets of flowers, cake stands, or stand on their own for a gorgeous pop of color and dimension.

Upon arriving to your event, we’ll need roughly 2-2.5 hours to setup a Platinum backdrop.
We will set up every element of your backdrop to perfection before the start of your event, and will come back to breakdown when it is over.
The first 40mi of travel will be covered and anything after that will be an additional charge.
Gold Collection

The Gold Collection is designed for clients who are still looking for a full service, personalized design experience, but at a slightly smaller scale and with a few less pieces.

Our hoop rentals are 8ft in height and come in white, gold and black.
They’re great for attaching your balloon garland to, so we don’t need to attach the garland itself to a wall or surface. Great for a simple photo-op for guests!

Payment Process

Your start date is secured by a signed contract and making a non-refundable retainer payment. This payment will lock us in to provide event styling services for your day.

After your retainer payment is made, we will begin the design phase for your backdrop.
The Platinum, Gold, or Silver collection cost will be due upon starting your designs, but can be split up into a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly payment plan to accommodate your needs if desired. The balance will need to be paid in full before any scheduled delivery and setup can be made for your backdrop.
Please note that any delays in responses or numerous design updates will delay the timeline for us to get your backdrop completed on time.

After the retainer is secured, the Meraki Experience Collection will require two payment installments:
Materials + Supplies Payment: We will compile a list of needed materials and supplies to create your custom backdrop. This payment will be taken to cover the costs needed to create your products and will be due at this time so that our agreed upon timeline can run smoothly without delays.
Final Payment: Will be made up of our design, production and assembly time as well as the delivery, setup and breakdown costs. The balance will need to be paid in full before any scheduled delivery can be made.
Please note that any delays in responses or numerous design updates will delay the timeline for us to get your backdrop completed on time.
