At Meraki & Co. we’re here to provide you with your very own unique, one of a kind, branded look across each and every stationery need.

Our collections are designed to combine ideal pieces with a set budget in mind, so there’s less guessing all around. Choose the one that works best for you and know that add-ons can be applied to any collection for an additional cost.

The Meraki Experience Collection is always available if the others don’t accommodate your ideal pieces. We’ll work together to build out your own suite from scratch like we’ve always offered.

When you inquire with us, we’ll send you a custom questionnaire to gather all of the info we’ll need and start your personalized design experience!


Platinum Collection

  • You will receive an A7.5 (5.5” x 7.5”) Euro Flap (flap has a point) envelope in the color of your choice. We’ll send you over a color chart once we start our design process together.

    This envelope is slightly larger in size to accommodate all of the pieces in the Platinum Collection.

    We’ll ask you to format your guest list in a specific fashion to be able to be either digitally printed or in hand-written calligraphy for each guest address. As each piece in the suite, it will mimic the rest of the cohesive elements.

    It is important to note that darker envelope colors will require a white ink printing which can increase costs.

  • We will design you a custom liner that will be inserted into your euro flap envelope for an extra decorative element to your suite.

    Envelope liners can be designed with custom artwork, high-res photos, a fun pattern, your initials - the possibilities are endless!

  • Your custom, designed 5” x 7” invitation can be upgraded from our standard digital printed on a 100lb. cardstock.

    Letter pressing, embossing, acrylic invitations, unique die-cut shapes and deckled edges are all upgrade options in this collection to take your suite to the next level!

    We’ll send you a personalized questionnaire to gather as much information as we can about your big day.

    From there, we’ll discuss fonts, decorative elements, formatting, and colors so we can bring to life your one of a kind invitation.

  • There can be a lot of information to get to your guests through your invitation suite.

    Whether it’s a weekend itinerary or a full menu with course descriptions, we’re happy to provide you with an additional two or more insert cards so your guests are informed with everything they need!

    These cards will be designed to continue the fluidity of your invitation and other suite pieces.

  • Whether you plan to have guests mail back their responses or respond through a wedding website, we’ll design you a one of a kind RSVP card to match the design of your invitation and other suite pieces.

  • We will provide you with an RSVP envelope in the color of your choice if you’d like your guests to mail back their responses to you.

    This is a fun opportunity to incorporate another color into your suite, or we can keep things consistent to match your invitation envelope.

    It is important to note that darker envelope colors will require a white ink printing which can Increase costs.

  • The pocket is the most gorgeous and organized way for guests to unveil your invitation and insert cards.

    The invitation will have it’s moment in the middle, where the additional insert cards will be stacked by height in the pocket portion to the right - guaranteeing each piece will be easy to find for guests, while looking beautiful!

    Pockets are another great opportunity to incorporate another color, or matching envelope colors for consistency.

  • The belly band is a narrow strip of material (typically made out of a text-weight paper or vellum) that wraps around the middle (or belly) of your invitation suite to keep them neatly assembled.

    We’ll continue to carry out your design elements through your belly bands, which can be printed or laser cut.

  • We will provide and apply all necessary postage for your suite pieces!

    Your RSVP envelopes will require the standard, Forever stamp (currently $0.68 / piece). Depending on the weight of your fully assembled envelope, you may need a 2oz stamp (currently $0.92 / piece) or more.

    Regardless, we’ll double check with the post office for you so we can purchase and apply the correct amount without any worries.

  • We will fully assemble each of your suite envelopes for you. They will be stuffed, stamped and sealed so all you have to do is drop them at the post office!

The Gold Collection is designed for clients who are still looking for a full service, personalized design experience, but at a smaller scale with a few less pieces.

Every last detail will still have a custom, united, cohesive feel across each piece.

With nothing required of them aside from physically dropping off the suites to USPS, the client will simply pick up, or be shipped their envelopes completely stuffed, sealed, and stamped, ready to be mailed to guests!

  • We will provide you with an RSVP envelope (3.625” x 5.125”) with a Euro Flap (flap has a point) in the color of your choice. We’ll send you over a color chart once we start our design process together.

    We’ll mimic the address formatting and design choices of the return address on your invitation envelope for a cohesive feel.

    This is a fun opportunity to incorporate another color into your suite, or we can keep things consistent to match your invitation envelope.

    It is important to note that darker envelope colors will require a white ink printing which can increase costs.

  • A modern twist on the historical way to seal envelopes, the wax seal is always a showstopper piece to a suite.

    A metal stamper is pressed into melted wax (in the color of your choice) to create a custom impression.

  • Mimicking the belly band, a ribbon can be utilized to hold together and neatly assemble your suite pieces.

    The ribbon is often a separate color from the wax seal, giving another opportunity to incorporate an additional color.

    We’ll wrap the ribbon around your suite pieces and fasten the wax seal in the middle, keeping each piece in a neat, beautiful stack.

  • We will provide and apply all necessary postage for your suite pieces!

This collection does not include any envelope addressing, provided postage with application, or assembly of any kind.

Every last detail will still have a custom, united, cohesive feel across each piece. The client will simply pick up or be shipped their individual suite pieces all printed, cut, and ready to be assembled!

    We’re happy to provide you with an additional insert card to inform guests with other information you’d like them to know such as transportation, hotel accommodations, etc.

  • Aside from inserting your envelope liner, the additional pieces of your suite will simply stack on top of each other (we typically recommend largest on the bottom to smallest on top).

    Then you’re ready to stuff, seal and stamp your envelopes! (If you are including an RSVP card, don’t forget to add a stamp for your guest :) )

Add On’s

  • If you’d like your guests to receive their invitations with luxurious, completely hand-crafted calligraphy, we’d be more than happy to hand-address your envelopes rather than digitally print them.

    We’ll need your guest list in a slightly different format than the digitally printed format and will provide you with a template to help get you started.

    Please understand that this artistry takes a lot of time and we kindly ask for am minimum of four weeks for completion.

    Pricing starts at $2.50 / envelope but is subject to change based on your envelope count and if you also choose for us to do return addresses.

  • Letter pressing, embossing, acrylic invitations, unique die-cut shapes and deckled edges are all upgrade print method options to take your suite to the next level!

    We kindly ask for an additional four weeks for any of these print methods as we typically need to outsource for these pieces. Vendor schedules along with shipping delays can all effect our timeline and we want to make sure we give that extra wiggle room for production.

    Each method can vary widely in costs and factors such as quantities, materials, and different customizations can all differentiate costs.

  • Upon choosing the Silver Collection which does not come with postage, we’d be happy to provide and apply all necessary postage for your suite pieces through this add on!

    Your RSVP envelopes will require the standard, Forever stamp (currently $0.68 / piece). Depending on the weight of your fully assembled envelope, you may need a 2oz stamp (currently $0.92 / piece) or more.

  • Whether it be a venue illustration, a custom crest or monogram, a watercolor piece, or another unique idea, we are happy to work with you to provide whatever your vision might be.

    If we can’t create the artwork for you ourselves, we have many talented vendor friends that we can work with to create you exactly what you need!

    Prices will vary dependent on the artist, the level of detail and time it will take to create the custom artwork.

  • If the sizes of the suite pieces do not suit your needs in the collections, we’re happy to make those adjustments as needed through this add on.

    Prices will vary dependent on the desired sizes.

  • Upon choosing the Silver Collection which does not come with full assembly, we’re happy to fully assemble each of your suite envelopes for you with this add on.

    They will be stuffed, stamped and sealed so all you have to do is drop them at the post office!

It is the most unique, one of a kind option to guarantee your suite has never been seen before or used by any other couple!

We like to provide the above equation ^ to help visualize how we’ll come to a final cost.

 Payment Process

  • Your start date is secured by a signed contract and making a non-refundable retainer payment. This payment will lock us in to provide event styling services for your day.

  • After your retainer payment is made, we will begin the design phase for your collection pieces.

    ~ The Platinum, Gold, or Silver Collection cost = quantity of suite sets.

    ~ Can be split up into a weekly, bi-weekly or monthly payment plan if desired.

    ~Balance needs to be paid in full before any scheduled pickup, shipping or delivery of your suite.

    Please note that any delays in responses or numerous design updates will delay the timeline for us to get you your suite by your desired completion date.

  • After your retainer payment is made, the Meraki Experience Collection will require two payment installments:

    Materials + Supplies Payment: We will compile a list of needed materials and supplies to create your custom suite pieces. This payment will be taken to cover the cost needed to create your products and will be due at this time so that our agreed upon timeline can run smoothly without delays.

    Final Payment: Will be made up of our design, production and assembly time as well as postage costs (if applicable). The balance will need to be paid in full before any scheduled pickup, shipping or delivery of your suite can be made.

    Please note that any delays in responses or numerous design updates will delay the timeline for us to get you your suite by your desired completion date.
